Return and Exchange Policy
- The goods must be in their original condition as they were when purchased, with all accessories attached.
- A return or exchange can be requested within 7 days from the date the order reaches the customer.
- If the product is received in damaged condition, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 working days .
- The product must be unused and in good condition.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for a reason unrelated to the product damage, and the customer has opened it, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
- Perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
